Even though we are a website, and we function 24×7, recipient business hours are from 10.00 to
                        17.00 hours Monday to Saturday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 3 working
                        days of placement of order with our preferred carriers. Even though delivery time is stipulated
                        and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 5-7

                    Frequently asked questions about delivery and shipping
                    
                    1. a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?
                    As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that
                    product will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product
                    delivered at your doorstep within 5-7 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and
                    delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.
                    
                    1. b) Is it possible to track my order?
                    As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is
                    processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details
                    carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a
                    registered user, you can log into “My Account” section of the website to view your order details.
                    
                    1. c) What are the shipping charges?
                    There will be an additional charge of Rs.50 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.200.
                    This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.
                    1. d) What time of day will my order be delivered?
                    Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make
                    sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery
                    followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.
                    
                    1. e) Do you ship to international locations?
                    Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.
                    
                    1. f) Do you offer cash on delivery?
                    If you are not comfortable making an online payment through sparshaayurveda.com, you can opt
                    for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual
                    delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment
                    online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 5000. It is strictly
                    a cash-only payment method. An additional Rs: 40/- COD charges are applicable if your order
                    total is less than Rs 1000.
                    
                    1. g) How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
                    
                    
Credit cards
                    We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
                    To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-
                    digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be
                    redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
                    
                    
Debit cards
                    We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
                    To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional
                    for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be
                    redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to
                    complete the payment.
                    
                    1. h) Why is COD not available to me?
                    Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable
                    locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your
                    location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can
                    always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
